Tomato pickle

This sour, hot, spicy delicious pickle, with the subtle flavour of fenugreek, is an excellent side dish for any main dish ranging from dosas to parathas. Blended with hot rice, with a little ghee, it becomes a superb tomato rice or bath!
Tomato comes with garlic or no garlic.

Lemon pickle

The most common pickle ever, and also the tangiest of all. Salted lemons with turmeric, red chillies and oil, is simple, but spicy, juicy and delicious!

Ginger pickle

Another very tasty pickle, with the hot, spicy, special tanginess of ginger, it is also a good medicine for an upset stomach!

Avakkai Pickle

This is the eternal queen among pickles, spicy, tangy, guaranteed to brighten up any meal! Made with crunchy mango chunks, soaked in sesame seed oil, with crushed red chillies, methi seeds, and mustard, it’s a side dish to virtually any Indian main meal, be it rice, roti, paratha, even bread. It’s perfect when mixed with hot rice. The average Tamilian, though, believes a bowl of curd rice with a dollop of Avakkai pickle is, well, heaven!
